Reach Inc. employs professionals in a variety of positions that provide support to adults with developmental disabilities. Reach Inc. has opportunities available in both full time and part time positions. For all direct care positions, the applicant is required to have a valid drivers license, be an insurable driver, and pass a criminal background check within the guidelines of the State of Montana. Reach Inc. provides extensive orientation and training to include CPR, First Aid, behavior management training, and van driver training. We also encourage staff to pursue further training through our Continuing Education Program. Reach Inc. offers a benefit package to full time staff that includes vacation and sick paid time off, five paid holidays per year, retirement, health insurance and flex plan.
