Reach Inc. employs our professional staff in a variety of positions, providing services to adults with developmental disabilities. Opportunities are typically available in both full-time and part-time positions. For all direct-care positions, the applicant is required to have a valid driver’s license, be an insurable driver, and pass a criminal background check within the guidelines of the state of Montana.

We provide 32 hours of extensive orientation and training, including general orientation, site-specific orientation, CPR, First Aid, behavior management, and training to drive our vehicles. We encourage our staff to pursue further training for career development through our Continuing Education Program.

Full-time employment with Reach comes with benefits that include vacation, sick, and personal paid time off, six paid holidays per year, retirement, health insurance, and a flex plan. Benefits are awarded after a probationary period of employment with the organization. In addition, full-time staff may opt to purchase dental, life, and supplemental insurance.

POSITION:  Bookkeeper/Payroll Clerk

LOCATION: Reach, Inc. Work Center

HOURS:  Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm (may have some flexibility)

SUPERVISOR:  Renee Sabo

WAGE:  $15/hour, benefits, PTO and retirement

CLOSING DATE: Open until filled

JOB SUMMARY:Prepares payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations. General clerical duties such as filing, phone, maintaining records, and ordering supplies. Coordinates benefits for clients and prepares forms for Human Resource Development Council (HRDC), Office of Public Assistance (OPA), Social Security Administration (SSA), and others as needed. Assists Finance Director in projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:  High School graduate with an accounting background. One year minimum experience, 2+ preferred.  Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and computerized bookkeeping.  Use of office machines with emphasis on 10-key, record keeping, filing, and data entry.  Experience working with a variety of agencies preferred.

 

POSITION: Residential Aid

LOCATION: Cedarview Group Home

FTE: Full Time, 30 hours a week

HOURS: Sun 8a-9:00p, Mon 4p-9:30p, Tues 4p-9:30p, Sat 9:00a-3:00p

SUPERVISOR: Natalie Crazy

WAGE: $12.66/hr. plus benefits

JOB SUMMARY: The Residential Aid is responsible for the health and safety and providing supervision of the clients in the home.  Staff are responsible for assisting clients with their personal care, daily living needs, medications, meals, recreational and community activities.  Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be of legal age to perform the duties of the job. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or a desire to work in the field is preferred. A High School Diploma is preferred. Reach recognizes continuing education as a key point in self-improvement. Consideration will be given to applicants who have furthered their knowledge through college courses, seminars, workshops, specialized certification or other training. JOB SUMMARY:  The Floater is responsible for the health and safety of Reach clients.  The Floater provides supervision and assists clients in the home or Work Center. The floater is responsible for their personal care, daily living needs, medications, meals, recreational and community activities. The main responsibility of this position is to work with clients with developmental disabilities.  Following PSP team objectives and helping the clients learn to be as independent as possible is the goal of all staff. It is also the responsibility of the Floater to keep clients involved in other activities when no paid work is available. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications: Must be of legal age to perform the duties of the job. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or a desire to work in the field is preferred. POSITION:  Intensive Services Specialist

LOCATION: N 3rd Group Home

FTE: Full Time, 40 hours a week

HOURS: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday 4p-12a and Saturday 8a-4p (may vary)

WAGE: $13.02/hour plus benefits

SUPERVISOR: Adam Rudolph

JOB SUMMARY: The residential staff are responsible for the individuals on their caseload but must work as a team member by assisting others with clients as needed.  Following PSP team objectives and helping the clients learn to be as independent as possible is the goal of the residential staff.  It is also the responsibility of the staff to assist clients with personal care, skill training, medications, recreational and therapeutic activities.  Other duties may be assigned.

PART TIME RESIDENTIAL RELIEF POSITIONS: 

Reach has several Relief Staff positions open.  Relief  staff assist clients in their homes and within the community.  Applicants are welcome to apply for more than one shift if desired. Please indicate which shift and house you are interested in on the application.
