Reach Inc. employs our professional staff in a variety of positions, providing services to adults with developmental disabilities. Opportunities are typically available in both full-time and part-time positions. For all direct-care positions, the applicant is required to have a valid driver’s license, be an insurable driver, and pass a criminal background check within the guidelines of the state of Montana.
We provide 32 hours of extensive orientation and training, including general orientation, site-specific orientation, CPR, First Aid, behavior management, and training to drive our vehicles. We encourage our staff to pursue further training for career development through our Continuing Education Program.

POSITION: Bookkeeper/Payroll Clerk
LOCATION: Reach, Inc. Work Center
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm (may have some flexibility)

JOB SUMMARY:Prepares payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations. General clerical duties such as filing, phone, maintaining records, and ordering supplies. Coordinates benefits for clients and prepares forms for Human Resource Development Council (HRDC), Office of Public Assistance (OPA), Social Security Administration (SSA), and others as needed. Assists Finance Director in projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate with an accounting background. One year minimum experience, 2+ preferred. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and computerized bookkeeping. Use of office machines with emphasis on 10-key, record keeping, filing, and data entry. Experience working with a variety of agencies preferred.
POSITION: Residential Aid
LOCATION: Cedarview Group Home
FTE: Full Time, 30 hours a week
HOURS: Sun 8a-9:00p, Mon 4p-9:30p, Tues 4p-9:30p, Sat 9:00a-3:00p

JOB SUMMARY: The Residential Aid is responsible for the health and safety and providing supervision of the clients in the home. Staff are responsible for assisting clients with their personal care, daily living needs, medications, meals, recreational and community activities. Other duties may be assigned.

The floater is responsible for their personal care, daily living needs, medications, meals, recreational and community activities. The main responsibility of this position is to work with clients with developmental disabilities. Following PSP team objectives and helping the clients learn to be as independent as possible is the goal of all staff. It is also the responsibility of the Floater to keep clients involved in other activities when no paid work is available. Other duties may be assigned.

PART TIME RESIDENTIAL RELIEF POSITIONS:
