FTE: Full Time 40 hours per week
HOURS: 2pm-10pm Monday – Friday with flexibility
SUPERVISOR: Julia Stewart
WAGE: $23.00/hour plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Vacation time, Paid Sick/Personal time, and 6 Paid Holidays per year.

JOB SUMMARY: The Group Home Instructor manages the overall operation of the group home. This includes the health and safety of the individuals residing in the home, the treatment and training skills they receive, the furnishings, equipment and condition of the home. The instructor is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporation policies, procedures, contractual and licensing obligations including but not limited to: accreditation organizations, State of Montana Developmental Disabilities Program, Sanitation Department, State Fire Marshall, and Health and Human Services. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be of legal age to perform the job duties. High School diploma or GED is required. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or other human services is required. At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred. Additional education in the area of human services is preferred. Reach recognizes continuing education as a key point in self-improvement.
