History + Mission

Reach Inc. is a local, private, non-profit organization that’s been providing services to adults with developmental disabilities since 1974. Our mission is to empower the people we serve to attain their individual goals and aspirations. Watch this video to learn more.

Management Staff

Dee Metrick

Executive Director

Oversees all operations, finances, and staffing of Reach and is the liaison to the board of directors. Employed at Reach since 1999.

TJ Overcast

Finance Director

Responsible for payroll, accounts payable and receivable. He reports directly to the Executive Director. TJ started at Reach in December 2022.

Sara Chobot

Client Services Director I

In charge of two intensive homes, the intensive work program, and the PD Waiver Supported Living Program. Directly responsible to the Executive Director. Employed at Reach Inc. since April of 2022.

Julia Stewart

Client Services Director II

In charge of two standard houses, the developmentally disabled Supported Living Program and shares Work Services responsibilities with Client Services Director III. Directly responsible to the Executive Director. She has worked at Reach since 2009.

Kirsten Zimmermann

Client Services Director III

In charge of two transitional living apartment complexes, the Vocational Rehabilitation Program, and shares Work Services responsibilities with Client Services Director II. Directly responsible to the Executive Director. Employed at Reach Inc. since October of 2007.

Morgan Robinson

Human Resources Director

Oversees the implementation of client training objectives and coordinates staff orientation and career development programs. Directly responsible to the Executive Director. Employed at Reach Inc since February 2022.

Jacy Widhalm

Community Relations and Development Director

Engages with the public to educate and inform about the services and support Reach provides to clients, families, and the community. Cultivates donor relationships, manages fundraising and events. Employed at Reach Inc. since September 2020.
